About Oak Clinic:

Oak Clinic is a rapidly growing Naturopathic, family clinic located in Dawson Creek, British Columbia. We are dedicated to providing our patients with a wide variety of Products and Services beyond the basic care offered by traditional medical systems. Our comprehensive services include Naturopathic Consultations, Acupuncture, Massage Therapy, Lab Testing, and a Dispensary of professional-grade supplements and personalized botanical prescriptions.

As Oak Clinic has experienced significant growth in the past year, we are in need of additional staff to meet the high standards of patient care we strive for.

Position: Part-Time Receptionist

‍

Schedule: 2 days per week, 9:00 am - 5:00 pm (*flexible days, but must be consistent)

‍

Responsibilities:

  • Schedule appointments efficiently
  • Answer phone calls and respond to emails promptly
  • Manage billing for services and supplements
  • Maintain the reception area and ensure cleanliness and organization

‍

Wage: $22-25 per hour (depending on skill set and experience)

‍

Skills & Abilities:

  • Proficiency in online booking and billing systems
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively with others
  • Ability to remain calm and composed in high-stress or emergency situations
  • Quick problem-solving abilities and the capacity to work independently
